A brief summary
The vast majority of people in the western world are born healthy with a heart that should last a hundred years or more. Yet large numbers succumb to coronary heart disease; a disease virtually unknown in many parts of the world.
This simple fact alone should be evidence enough that it is a preventable disease, it's common sense, you certainly don't need a degree in biology to figure it out.
Time and time again the human race has proved that it has an uncanny ability to perpetuate a mass deception upon itself, look at the evidence:
The human digestive system is quite obviously designed to cope with a diet consisting primarily of fruit and vegetables, not meat and dairy produce. If we were meant to eat meat we would have an innate desire to kill an animal when we saw it and eat the raw flesh, yet this idea is repugnant to most people, however the idea of eating a raw apple is not.
We know that regular exercise will build up a strong, fit, lean body without a predisposition towards heart disease. The alternative is a sedentary lifestyle where our muscles will waste away and our arteries will clog up with fat, yet we allow this to happen. Why?
Cigarette smoke contains over two thousand chemicals and harms not only the smoker but also everyone around them. Many women smoke whilst pregnant causing damage to their unborn baby yet the health risks have been known for over fifty years.
People cut themselves off from each other and forget all about love, compassion, forgiveness and being a good neighbour. Instead they pursue the false god of consumerism thinking it will bring them happiness. All the time the greatest prize is in front of them all along, good health, companionship and freedom.

You don't need anyone's permission to change your life, in such matters you have no boss, and it will not cost you anything.
